Students dive into the realm of news, cinema, and culture with immersive visits to radio stations, newspapers, and TV news studios. Objectives

• Cultural Proficiency: Develop cultural proficiency by exploring the history of Spain through its cinema, gaining insights into societal norms, values, and artistic expressions embedded in the filmography.
• Interdisciplinary Understanding: Foster an interdisciplinary approach by intertwining historical context with cinematic narratives, allowing students to analyze how societal changes are reflected and shaped by the film industry in Spain.
• Media Literacy and Engagement: Enhance media literacy skills by engaging with various outlets such as radio stations, newspapers, and TV news, enabling students to critically assess the role of media in shaping and reflecting historical and cultural narratives in Spain.

No specific qualification is required for admission, but it is recommended that the applicant is enrolled in higher education studies.

Payment method

The payment will be made in the following way:

• Reservation payment: The student will make a payment of 300 euros at the time of reservation.

• Direct debit: The outstanding amount will be paid by direct debit in as many monthly installments as the duration of the program. The installments will not be less than 100 euros in any case.

Reservation

Registration can be done through the website or at the New Students office until all available vacancies are filled.

To complete your registration, please follow these steps:

1. Fill out the Registration form with your information.
2. Make the reservation payment of 300 euros through the Virtual POS (the remaining amount will be paid by direct debit).
3. You will receive an email with the reservation receipt and the access credentials for the intranet and teaching platform.

The registration will not be effective until payment is made.

Enrollment

The enrollment of the student will be automatically processed by the Academic Secretary's Office upon reservation, once the course has reached the minimum number of students necessary for its activation.
